I got a G9 and loved it, so I had another ordered for my work place.
On the second one, it is not possible to use the right-scroll button of the wheel (i.e. tilting the wheel on the right) with one finger.
The left scroll one is still working with a gentle touch of the finger but I have to actually move the finger on the left side of the wheel in order to push hard enough to have the right-scroll button "clicked".
Is it a way to fix this without voiding the waranty?

There's a very simple fix: If the wheel isn't working to spec, you can contact us and get a replacement. Unfortunately we cannot tell or advise customers to open their products, but we will do all we can to get you a proper replacement.
While it might just be a misaligned button, it's better for your sake to make sure you get a working mouse from the getgo, and not run the risk of voiding your warranty
