I installed 4.3a, and agreed to an update.. this was right around the same time the mouse started stuttering.
it really doesnt make sense, because i had setpoint 4.0(dont quote me on this) on my old computer and it worked just fine.
Lets try to see what kind of things we can do to solve this issue.

Well after doing some uninstalling/installing, the problem for me seems to be in the 4.3a firmware update.
i have no setpoint installed now and havent seen a lag or stutter in close to 9 hours.

This morning my mouse was working just fine, and has been for quite some time. Now, it's screwed. This is a $100 mouse. This is crazy. The funny thing is, THIS IS MY THIRD ONE!!!! I'm getting a bit po'd here.
So, here's the deal...I'm running Vista 32, and there is a wireless network in the house, which I've disabled to no avail. I've tried my mouse on multiple computers, to no avail...I've DRIVEN TO FARM COUNTRY AND PLUGGED IT INTO MY LAPTOP...TO NO AVAIL. And yes, this is the third time with the same product...
It's not the software, it's not the hardware, it's not that the air in BC is more humid than the air in China, it's not the software, I've tried it with and without...So, WHAT IS IT?
I sell alot of computers for clients, and I always recommend Logitech products, but I think it's time to look at some of the Razor mice...

it went back to the stuttering.
it stutters mainly when something is loading... an image on a web page, a background program..
I have 3gb ddr2 and a quad core q6600, so i know that is not causing the problem.
I also recommend logitech products, but this mouse is very sketchy.. im going to call logitech tomorrow and ask them some questions.
seems like i have now lost friction free scrolling altogether!

I'm not sure, but I think I may have a problem with the battery too. After the mouse stayed in the dock for 4 days I removed it today and started using it, and after 5 hours one line in the battery indicator on the mouse was gone...
edit: I'm using the mouse on a Func Industries - sUrface1030 Archetype mouse pad.

Which USB port is your receiver plugged into? Is the receiver plugged directly into the your system or through a KVM/Switch?

I hope that they have found this common problem and have fixed it with the mouse i will receive back, because there is no other mouse that feels as good as the mx rev.

Have you tried using different USB ports also try reconnecting your mouse to the receiver using the MAC connect utility.
