Mice - Hardware

I have tried many times with both the batteries in the box and some batteries I already had and it dosent seem the mouse is getting any power. It turned the mouse on and pressed the connect button but the light never turned on. Is there anything I can do?

I would suggest that you contact Logitech Technical Support to obtain further information regarding their replacement policies. Your mouse seems to be faulty.
