Mice - Hardware

I bought this MX 620 from buy.com 3 months ago. It's been doing very good until last weekend. Now the mouse is lagging like hell, it happens every single minute, the pointer is not moving or moving very slowly, and sometimes even clicking doesn't work, I have to click 3 or 4 times for a single click to work.

I have looked for solutions on the Support section and almost every thread here (there's a similar thread here but I think it belongs to the MX Revolution) but still no luck so far.

Things that I have done:

1. Replaced new battery.
2. Installed newest version of SetPoint.
3. Changed the USB port.
4. Cleaned the surface. 
5. SetPoint didn't work so I just removed it.

Hi,

Please check the environmenet around the mouse for possible sources of interference. If that doesn't help, please try using the mouse with a different computer to verify if it is a hardware issue.
