I recently purchased a dinovo Laser set.
The keyboard works just fine but wehenever I switch on my MX1000 mouse it starts flashing one red charging light.
It also won't connect wich is quite understandable with an empty battery but as soon as I place the mouse into the charging station
the red light just keeps flashing.
The Logitech FAQ sais, I should check the power input and clean the contacts of the mouse.
I did just that.
The power must be able to reach the mouse because even if i switch of the MX1000 the light starts flashing as soon as I plug it into the charging station.
Is it possible to charge the batteries of a MX1000 without using the charging station?
Or is the mous simply defective?
thanks for any answers...

It sounds like the battery is faulty in your mouse. I would contact support for a replacement.
