I bought the VX Revolution less than 30 days. I love it. But this week I discover the scrolling wheel is sort of jammed. In hyper-scrolling mode, I have to use more force to scroll fast. It seems like the wheel have more friction than before.
Usually I will open the mouse up and try to fix it.. But since it's new, I wonder if Logitech have any simple fix or will replace this over this problem.

You should get the mouse replaced.
Less than 30 days since purchase, you need to exchange it where you got it.
After 30 days, you would be covered under the 3 or 5 year warranty from Logitech.
See here for RMA info. You could also e-mail Customer Support if you need help with the warranty procedure.

So after two months of this problem I'm deciding to let Logitech replace this mouse. A similar thread has a reply stating the cause of this problem: http://forums.logitech.com/logitech/board/message? board.id=hardware_mice&thread.id=9283 by foghorn67.
So the problem is the rubber grip in the scroll wheel. Apparently the rubber on the scroll wheel will get loose and cause friction while scrolling. I'm a gentle user and have small hands so this is more like a engineering fault(they need to glue the rubber or something). I have not void my warranty. And the mouse is purchased on September. Is this enough reason for Logitech to replace my mouse?
