Mice - MX Air All

I have had an MX Air for quite a while and now for no apparent reason, the left and right clicks are not registered by the computer. The other buttons and moverments are working but not the click. I have another mouse which does work so it is not a computer problem, i think, but it could be a hardware problem. Should i phone up Logitech and ask them or is this a common problem with an easy solution.
