Mice - MX Air All

Hi, I bought my MX Air about a month or two ago, and for the first week or so, it worked perfectly fine. Then suddenly, it stopped working altogether. I tried reinstalling SetPoint, hoping that that would fix it, but to no avail. Trying the reconnect utility does not work as well, so I really have no idea what is wrong with my mouse.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
