Mice - MX Air All

Hi there!

Unfortunately, Logitech doesn't care about my support ticket which I gave up this monday. So perhaps someone out there could help me with my problem regarding the MX Air.

I'm using the mouse with my home theatre PC. It runs on Vista Home Premium 32bit. The problem is that the mouse pointer doesn't act as smooth as it should. every few seconds it just hangs without any movement. When I try the mouse on my notebook (running Windows XP) there are no problems and the mouse works extremely fine.

I also tried to use another USB port (one at the front of my case), updated all drivers and Vista.

The next thing is the drifting when in air-mode. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue with this product.

Well, anyone with hints or perhaps THE solution for this?

BTW, after years of using Logitech products, this was the last time I bought something from this customer-ignoring company!!!
