Re: MX air volume control issue!!!!

this is to Alucard888, i also noticed the spdif digital thing and im not using it either. im using realtek hd audio manager and it came with my computer and indeed when i run setpoint, the digital (spdif) volume changes but it doesnt effect my ouput. i love the mx air and would like toknow this: how did you disable the digital (spdif) ?? i agree it isnt a great way to deal with it, but i have speakers and never have the digital set as default. if you could tell me that would be brilliant.

Hello Yenmangu,

here is what I did:

Contorl Panel > Manage Audio Devices (Sound, in the Classic View) > Playback > right click on the spdif > disable

Disabling SPDIF works for me too!
Seems to be the right workaround :smileyvery-happy:

But what does the Logitech Support do??? :smileymad:

Thanks a lot for the tip :smileywink:

Re: MX air volume control issue!!!!

I'm glad I could help.

Let's hope that this issue will be corrected in the next version of Setpoint.
It would be great if a default sound device could be selected, so all other devices could still be used.
Or maybe assigne the control to all the devices, so all volumes can be controlled together.
