Mice - MX Air All

Hi,

I recently bought the MX air mouse, generally happy with it, but since I got it my pc will not start up properly with the usb dongle plugged in.  I have a work around where as i start the pc without it plugged in and plug it in once my pc is booted up.  Does anyone know how to fix the issue without having to uplug the usb dongle before starting up my pc?  When the usb dongle is plugged in my system does not perform a memory check and does not proceed any further, when i unplug it in starts up fine.

I have:

Vista Premium 64bit

2.4GHz Core 2 Duo

4GB Ram 

Geforce 9600, 512MB

2 hard drives

PSU 750W

I initially thought it was a peak power at start up issue so i replaced the PSU with the one listed above, but the problem still persists.
