Hi Sheep1234,
I would like to verify a few things before trying to give you an answer. Could you kindly provide the following information?
1. The mouse PN, MN and PID?
2. Which version of Windows are you running, including service pack version also?
3. Your games are they installed on your C-partition in Windows or on a different partition?
Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Sheep1234,
Okay, you have the MX518 and not the MX Air.
I have a few more questions:
When you open Setpoint (Start menu > Logitech > Mouse and Keyboard > Mouse and Keyboard Settings) do you see all the tabs, specifically the "My Mouse" tab? In addition to this, when you go to the "Tools" tab, what are the versions listed next to "Control Center Version:" and "Driver Version:"? Which games are you trying to play?
If you go to the "My Mouse" tab and select the sidemenu tab icon which looks like a chesspiece, are the options "Game Detection" and "Apply Game Settings when game is detected" checked off? If not, try to check them and test.

I have allready check "Apply Game Settings when game is detected" and "Game Detection". In to advented game settings when I browse my games it's doesn't work, buttons (senitivity buttons) "+" and "-" doesn't work to, when i install the setpoint before I instal they're work. I tryed to instal oldies verision set point but it's still the same.

Hi Sheep1234,
Try to do this:
Information source here
If the above does not work: You mentioned, that in the past it did work, do you remember anything specifically different with your computer from then until now? Did certain programs get updated? Do you reinstall Windows? Anything specific?

Hello Sheep1234
That does sound a bit strange. There could be a strong chance, that this may well be a hardware defect or a very deep rooted Windows/Logitech software issue.
I would recommend in order to determine, which path we need to take, to test the mouse on a different computer. The reason being, is that if the mouse shows the same issue there, this is most likely a hardware issue. But if it does not, we need to start a deep rooted software troubleshooting on your computer.
Let me know of the outcome of your testing.

Hi Sheep1234,
Do you have possibility to use a PS/2 mouse and keyboard on your computer or at least a non-Logitech USB mouse and keyboard?
