Re: PROBLEM WITH SETPOINT

Hi Sheep1234,

Okay, great.

First. turn off your computer and change to the PS/2 mouse. Remember you need to do this while the computer is turned off, otherwise you might damage the PS/2 port.

Once this is done, please do the following. This will basically remove our USB hardware information from Windows and once the USB devices (such as your mouse) is re-connected, the device drivers will be reloaded.

1. Remove all Logitech devices

2. Go into Windows Registry (click Start -> Run -> type "regedit" -> Click "Ok" )

3. The Windows Registry Editor now apears.

Click on the + next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Click on the + next to SYSTEM

Click on the + next to CurrentControlSet

Click on the + next to Enum

Click on the + next to USB

4. You must now delete the VID's starting with VID046D_, but for each of these, you need to modify the permissions, before this is possible.

Right click on the VID and go to Permissions, put a checkmark on "full control" for Everyone and System, (you will have to do it for the VID and it's subfolder) then you can delete the VID.

5. Shut down the computer completely

6. Reconnect the Logitech USB devices

7. Restart the computer. Please note, the Logitech USB devices will not before a few minutes after the computer has been started as Windows needs to reload the drivers. This can take as much as 15 minutes, some more, depending on the used computer. Therefor wait a while, while the computer starts up, let Windows do what it needs to do, before you start using the computer.

Now try to test if the buttons work.

Best Regards

Re: PROBLEM WITH SETPOINT

Hello sheep1234,

I just sent you a private message, although, I first now see, that you re-installed Windows and got the buttons to work.

With regards to the gamedection, have you tried to manually add the game to the list?

Best Regards
