I've tried setting the thumb buttons in setpoint to certain keys and to various other settings, including generic, but I can't seem to get them to work in Fallout 3. I can bind the horizontal scroll to keys and they work in the game. Anyone have any idea why this is, or have similar issues?

Please try assinging the buttons to the Generic Button function follwed by assigning the button to the desired commadn ingame.
