I am using the MX Revolution laser mouse that I recently got, and I am using Windows Vista 32-bit. My SetPoint is the latest version 4.6. Whenever I try to use the document flip scroll (9) it would show up as a unicode error resulting in SetPoint closing itself. However if I program it to do another function it would STILL do document flip, though without the error message, as well as do my other programmed function. It is very wierd, in that I cannot program it to do the function ONLY and not do document flip, as well as the error message that show up if it IS programmed to do document flip. It seems as so that SetPoint script is conflicting with Vista mouse scripts. So my temporary solution now is to set it to do keystrokes but don't input any keys for it to perform document flip successfully without error message. However, I hope to program my document flip button to do something else, and only that something, so any help would be appreciated.
Another problem is that when I press the Search (4) button on my mouse, it'd always open up 2 windows of IE or Firefox, depending on which one is set as default. It should be 1, but it opens up 2, with 1 touch. I am astounded.
My problem is a wierd one, so I am not sure if any of you can understand what I am saying. I try to make my problem clear, but I fear by doing that I may have also confused some of you. If you would like to help but is confused please ask me to reiterate, as I am in a dire need fore help. Thanks in advance.
P.S. I am using S510 keyboard and mouse combo, but since my mouse isn't functioning as well as before I changed my mouse to MX Revolution, if this changes anything.
