I am experiencing an annoying issue with my MX1000.  Occassionally, when I come back to the computer after it's been in screen saver mode, the mouse does not respond.  I have installed the new Setpoint 4.6 for Vista 64 and it still hasn't resolved the problem.  I wind up having to unplug and then replug the USB in again in order for my computer to recognize the mouse again.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi,

Please check if this also happens when SetPoint is uninstalled. Additionally, please also try plugging the mouse into a different USB port.

Thank you very much for your help.  I will try both options and let you know.  Just out of curiousity, if it works in another USB port does that mean that the original port is faulty?

Yes, if there's no problem with a different port, that would indicate that there's an issue with the port it was originally plugged in to.

Well, I've tried different ports and the same thing is happening.  I will now see if I get the same issues with Setpoint uninstalled.
