I have been having problems with setpoint on my computer. I recently bought G5 mouse, and when I installed the software, an error message came up. I have tried everything that I can think of, I have reinstalled and restarted my computer many times, I have clean booted my PC and tried downloading two different versions of the software. Please help me I would like to install setpoint quickly in order to get the most of my mouse.

I have the same problem with setpoint when installing it.

I try every thing to make it work but it didn't (i tried 4.40 ver and 4.60 ver)

I manage to take a picture of the problem.

So I have the LX-7 and it worked on my old toshiba satellite notebook and I kinda swapped it with an Acer Aspire 5520

and I install the setpoint software it came with and I get the following error

Anyone know what that means o.O? Oh and ive tried installing the latest software but for some reason our DSL connection is acting like dial-up and doesn't complete the download... Ill have to strangle SBC for that on.

Well I got my issue resolved, I went to our library, which had a faster more reliable connection, and I downloaded the latest software and that cleared up my issue. As far as your guy's issue I really don't know.

Which specific error message did you get when trying to install SetPoint?

Well, I think that Hertz has the same problem as I do, and he took a picture of it.

This message pops up whenever I try to start it
