The computer don't go to sleep mode with mouse v400, disconnection awakes

Hello,

I use to put my computer (DELL Latitude D800) to sleep mode, disconnect USB devices and then move it.
Then reconnect in the new place (home) and restart my job as I left it.

Since I bought and use V400 laser with 3.1.116 setpoint the computer never goes to the right sleep mode. It seems to be asleep but the timer of led activity is blinking faster than usual, but more if you disconnect the device the computers awakes immediately.

So I need if I want to set the computer to sleep mode
1- disconnect the mouse
2- use the touchpad pointer to set the computer to sleep mode

The most important disadvantage is that the computer seems never go into the real sleep mode if the mouse is connected even in automatic gotosleep by timer. So a lot of time my computer as gone to an empty battery ...

Is-it possible that the v400 with setpoint to allow the computer to go to the right sleep mode ? , where is the problem ? parameters ?

Thank's
