its just a bug in the software. it has started with the latest drivers and dosent affect any performance.  i really dont understand why everyone is getting upset over this.  seriously if the mouse is in the cradle, you probably arent using the computer anyways

The bug's been around for a while, and the icon is visible at all times, not just when the mouse is in the cradle. It's a small bug - correct. So why is it so **bleep** hard to fix? I try to keep the amount of tray icons at minimum and the misinformative critical battery charge icon is gnawing away my mental well-being. I don't see why you're defending Logitech. Customer is God.

from what i have read, mostly everyone only get the message when mouse is placed in craddle.  thats the only time i get the message
