Need Fix for Mouse - Cordless 1500 Rechargeable Desktop

I've had the Cordless 1500 Rechargeable Desktop for about 6 months, and I've never had a problem until yesterday.  Since yesterday I've had zero access to my PC thanks to my mouse's inability to communicate/sync with the base station, yet the keyboard has no problem at all.  I've reviewed the Logitech set up directions with no success or change.  Ideas and suggestions are welcome.  Thanks in advance.

Please try using the mouse with a different computer (if possible) to verify if it is a hardware problem. If the issue persists, please e-mail Customer Support  to process a warranty replacement.
