We are now into the THIRD MONTH of the problem, when can this expected to be fixed ?
The software update did make the left right scrolling much faster, thanks for that.

(sorry, I was just trying to duplicate the speed of logitech service). I see though you still have no issue selling the defective mouse to mac users
How long is this going to take ??

I am sorry to say that Logitech does have a very real problem with this mouse. I have written here before about the same issues as others have. I have tried to simply overlook the problem and use the mouse anyway. But I can't. I have this brand new shiny MacBook Pro that speeds though all its tasks and when I use this mouse after the mouse has gone into speed mode, I must stand around and wait 20 seconds for the mouse to response. Speedy Mac and sleepy mouse...not a good combo!
I have gone back to using my Logitech MX700 mouse. It can keep pace with the MacBook. I work for Circuit City and I cannot feel good about recommending the VX Revolution mouse until it is fixed. I am a long-time Logitech product user and will look forward to better mice from Logitech in the future. For now I have retired the VX Revolution mouse to a paperweight.

I have my store receipt, Can I get a REFUND from LOGITECH if I return this to you?
It is a shame that this cannot be solved, I think that otherwise the functionality of this mouse is excellent.

Hi Mona,
We appreciate you constantly being polite and answering everyones concerns here but could you tell someone at Logitech to stop insulting our intelligence ? How long are you going to post the same 'we are working on getting the left mouse button to work' message ?? We know it has nothing to do with you, so get some one else from the company posting.
Can we get a logitech software engineer posting on here please? Have the engineer describe what the issue is, perhaps some of your programmer customers can help you guys out.
I am fairly well known on some tech blogs, I am giving this another week before I start an email campaign to get this on various tech blogs. At least we can save new customers this ridiculous issue. I suggest others bitten by this do the same.
I wouldn't mind an address I can mail this thing back and get a refund as well. Wonderful hardware, horrible horrible software.
