Acquiring a new Bluetooth receiver?

Hey, a question for everyone. I recently lost the bluetooth adapther to my mouse, half of the issue I am having is that I no longer have the receipt or packaging and the bottom of the mouse had the serial and part number and such on it but it's been worn off from the surfaces I've used it on. Can anyone help me with this?

If it is a Bluetooth device, then any receiver should work. No need to buy from Logitech.

 

But is it a Bluetooth mouse? Hard to tell if you can't work out which model it is.

 

Maybe you have a laptop with Bluetooth that you could use for some experiments.
