I am using an MX518 with Setpoint 6.1 on Windows 7 (32-bit). I have programmed the mouse wheel to double click, and the side buttons to Copy and Paste. The buttons do not work in all applications, specifically Micrsoft Visual Studio. They worked great on XP. Is Setpoint flawed, or is there a solution to this frustrating problem?

Upon further experimentation, it seems to be a problem with any application that was "Run as administrator".

SnuffDaddy,
I had this same issue and solved it running my SetPoint software as an "administrator". To do this, go to your Setpoint folder and find your .exe (Application) and right click it. GO to the compatibility tab and click "run as administrator". Make sure you close the existing setpoint software, reopen it and it should prompt you to give permission. THis should solve your problem.
Good luck.

That seems to do the trick. Thanks!
