Hi

Wireless receiver p/n 831120-2000.

Windows detects it as logitech usb cordless mouse

Setpoint detects it as V200 cordless mouse

But re-connect utility does not detect the device at all, so I cant reconnect my v200 mouse to it.

Can I do something to make it work?

What operating system are you using? What version of the connection utility are you using?

i am having the same problem.  After replacing batteries i can not connect to the receiver.  No matter how many times i press the reset button on the mouse.  i tried the connect utility but it does not find the receiver, althou windows shows it being installed when i plug it in.

I tried on both my computers, windows 8 and windows 7.  I installed the latest and full version of SetPoint.  Please help.!!!
