Cannot d/l Setpoint Software

I am trying to d/l the most recent setpoint software for a Logitech MX Revolution mouse. When I click on this option via FAQs and A webpage asking me to choose my operating system is displayed. I "arrow down" to WIN 7 and web page keeps looping back to "choose the O/S" (in red) page.

Any ideas on how to solve this?
