Re: Driver isn't detecting my G500 mouse

Hello FlexScan,

I noticed in the image provided that the driver is a  virtual HID minidriver. If you are using a virtual machine or using the mouse with a COM port adapter, Setpoint will not recognize it as a USB HID device as it only recognizes the native Windows HID drivers. Plug it directly into the USB ports, and test it in non-virtual Windows. This should solve your issue.

Re: Driver isn't detecting my G500 mouse

I've tried to connect the mouse to each single usb port without an adapter and still same problem ( Notice , I've restarted each time after I conencted the mouse to a different spot of usb) ... so now ... what could be the problem ?
