Driver isn't detecting my G500 mouse

Hello dear community ![]()
today I've plugged `again` my g500 mouse that I bought before more then 4 or + months .
First I download the setpoint , the newest on website , driver version : 5.33.14 (what it says on setpoint)
now , the computer recongnizes the mouse but the setpoint isn't .

p.s : I've tried to connect my mouse to a several different plugins (Usb) and still same ... tried to restart aswell.

Hello FlexScan,
I noticed in the image provided that the driver is a virtual HID minidriver. If you are using a virtual machine or using the mouse with a COM port adapter, Setpoint will not recognize it as a USB HID device as it only recognizes the native Windows HID drivers. Plug it directly into the USB ports, and test it in non-virtual Windows. This should solve your issue.

I've tried to connect the mouse to each single usb port without an adapter and still same problem ( Notice , I've restarted each time after I conencted the mouse to a different spot of usb) ... so now ... what could be the problem ?
