Hi all,
At my office we have 3 desks facing each other. Every desk has it's own EX110 mouse and keyboard. These mice frequent disrupting each other. I installed the latest SetPoint software on each computer. When I check the software I only see devices connected to channel 1 or 2.
My question is, are there more channels to use and if so, how can I change the channel? If not so, what could be my solution?
Thanks in advance!
Regards, Tim

Hello iTim,
You may want to make sure each set is encrypted , please see : http://logitech-en-ap.custhelp.com/app/answers/det
Are they controlling the wrong computer or are they not responding ? What operating system are you using ? There is no way to change the channel.
Best Regards,
