Frustrated with v450 nano

I got a v450 nano during the summer, it was good and dandy untill one day during the fall it broked. The plastic protection on the USB receiver broke off, so i super glued it back together, but it never worked again. Now i'm trying to get a hold of someone somewhere that can help me out on getting either a new mouse, refund, or a new receiver, but i've constantly been run around in circles from staples to logitech back to staples, then over to logitech where they never reply to my e-mails. So what's the direct link to get something done for this? I'm tired of having no mouse, and i'm tired of being run around in circles, and i'm especially tired of the long telephone chats with computers that don't know **bleep**.
