Mice and Pointing Devices

Hello everyone,

I got my logitech M305 for my mom not more than 2 months ago..

it works properly until these few days back..

PROBLEM:

When I move to the left, the pointer go to the right

When I move to the right, the pointer go to the left

When I move UP, the pointer goes DOWN

When I move DOWN, the pointer goes UP

I've tried this on 2 different laptops: Windows Vista, and Windows XP

Please kindly help.

What operating system are you using? What mouse do you have?
