Hello BillGF,

 

Your mouse, M-RCD125 shows as V220 here http://www.logitech.com/en-us/428/3295 and a V320 here. http://www.logitech.com/en-us/473/133

 

Did you use the Logitech Connection Utility? http://www.logitech.com/en-us/428/3295?softwareid=4338&osid=14&section=downloads

Was the receiver detected by the operating system?

* Note after further research it turns out that the P/N for the V320 receiver is 993-000031
