I am having a hard time installing, I cant select 32 bit or 64 bit cause it doesnt say in my properties under "computer"-all i readis Windows Xp Service Pack 3.  

I just received a new logitech Cordless mouse MX620 and had to go to the website to DL the software. I am on Windows XP SP3 and thats all i see as far as the OS-is this why when i select 64 bit and try to download that it doesnt work???Its not compatible with my system?? OR is my system really a 32 bit even though I click on properties on my computer and it says nothing about ...."bit" 

Please help someone. I want to Dl the software cause I want to connect my Windows Media Player and my New cordless mouse together and need the software Dl'd.

For your system, the version that you need is the 32-bit version.

thank u, now i installed the setpoint 4.70 from the logitech site as requested in the booklette that came with my mouse. BUT i dont have a tab for "my mouse" so i can configure my Windows Media Player to it. Why is it missing? And i tried to go to control panel and unistall Logitech setpoint and it says i need to restart my pc before i can begin that application or request. It send me in a never ending cycle.

How can i obtain that tab i am missing to configure my media player to mouse??

MX620 setpoint 4.7 installed on 32 bit Windows XP. But set pont is missing. i unistalled, reinstalled and still missing? whats up?

Right-click on My Computer and go to Properties. If it doesn't specify 64 bit anywhere, you have 32 bit.
