Mice and Pointing Devices

I use a Logitech Trackman Marble for gaming in WoW, and when I try to assign button 3 as an autorun but every time I click to bind, it never works. I've already tried using setpoint and making mouse 3 a generic button but it still won't work. Any ideas?

                   Please try the following steps out and see if might resolve the issue:

1.Keybind autorun to a letter that you don't use (example: X) on the WOW interface

2. Run Setpoint

3. Select a button on mouse that you want to use  for  "autorun"

4.Assign that button as a keystroke, then select the letter you don't use "X" as a keystroke assignment.
