Is there anyway to get uberoptions to work with setpoint 6.x? I am using Windows 7 Home Premium x64. With setpoint 4.8 I installed the x64 version of the software and uberoptions works great. When I installed 6.x the uberoption install would only allow a couple of generic mice to be selected. It said if a device was grayed out then the device image was missing. I pointed it to the devices folder but still a no go.

Logitech has terrible support. Don't expect any answers to your questions from them.

Care to explain how YOU solved the "When I installed 6.x the uberoption install would only allow a couple of generic mice to be selected." problem I'm experiencing as well?
A step by step explaination would be great. Something like:
When the installer asks for Folder A type in "X" and in the next Window "Z"...

Everything is "easy" if you've done it before. Otherwise it's not so clear. For example, how to you "install uber"?

Just clarifying what was already said... most of which can be found on uberoptions.net.
Backup: C:\Users\phall\AppData\Roaming\Logitech\Se
install setpoint 6
install uberoptions - downloaded from uberoptions.net
- uber can't find setpoint, click "no" to continue anyway
- Main folder: C:\Program Files\Logitech\SetPointP
- Devices folder: C:\ProgramData\Logishrd\SetPointP\Devices\
- (apparently these paths can vary depending on your particular install. If you can't check your device in the next window, go back and try again.)
Restore user.xml
Hope this is helpful.
