Logitech MX Revolution - Unable to connect!

I've recently purchased a second MX Revolution (One for work, one for home) and I'm having difficulty getting the second one to connect. Here's what I've discovered:
1: Both dongles seem to work. I'm able to pair my original mouse to either of them with no problems.
2: Only one of the actual mice will connect. The new one will not pair to either receiver.
I've obviously tried the Connect Utility several times with both mice, and both dongles. The only combinations that work involve my first mouse. The new mouse is fully charged, but refuses to connect pair with either dongle, on any of three different computers i've tried.
Please help!

Based on what you mentioned, it looks like that mouse might be defective. Please e-mail Customer Support to process a warranty replacement.
