Mice and Pointing Devices

Bought a wireless M225 mouse like a week ago and it  is already producing double clicks even though I am only single clicking. The only solution offered under support doesn't work and reading around other people seem to say that it normally happens once you have used the mouse for several months I've only had it 1 maybe 2 weeks and it's already doing this. Anyone else have any solutions that I could try?

It sounds like you may have a defective mouse, you should have it replaced at the point of sale.
