Hi,
I've got the following problem:
I bought a M505 from Amazon, it arrived yesterday. I plugged the unifying receiver in, everything worked without the need to install anything.
Then this evening from one moment to the other the mouse stopped working. I switched USB ports (both build in in my IBM laptop) for the receiver and it helped (it also showed something like "new hardware found and ready to use"). A few minutes later it stopped working again. I again switched USB ports, which didn't help.
Then I got the SetPoint software (v4.80.103) with drivers v4.82.11 from the homepage.
Afterwards I rebooted, which didn't change anything.
When I looked into the unifying receivers configuration I saw it paried with one device. I unpaired and tried to re-pair, which didn't work.
So it is not working right now. When I switch the mouse off-on nothing happens, when I remove and re-insert batteries the light on top of the mouse is flashing for less than a second.I also tries this while the PC was waiting for off-on fro mthe mouse to re-pair. It just does not do it.
Do you have any ideas how to re-pair the mouse? I really don't like working with the touchpad!
Thanks in advance,
Blama

Also, the mouse was switched off during the night.
Strange behavior. Will keep you updated on this.

The errors kept showing up once in a while. Sometimes removing the batteries helped, sometimes it didn't.
It was most likly a short-circuit in the mouse.
Exchanged it for an M705, which works nice so far.
