M570 Unifier Not Getting Recognized

I recently had to replace the motherboard for my computer.  Before this, my M570 was working perfectly.  Now, the unifyer software doesn't recognize that the unifier is plugged in.  I've tried everything I can think of or could find listed on any of the other sites with no results.

Re: M570 Unifier Not Getting Recognized

Hi mcomommy,

This is usually one of two problems, either something has gone bad with the drivers for the receiver, or the receiver itself is defective. To narrow this down you can test the receiver on a second computer for the same problem, if it occurs then the receiver is bad and you can contact customer care for a replacement. If it is a driver issue, they will have to be repaired with something like a system restore or Windows repair.
