M570 right click too sensitive

The right click button on my M570 has become so sensitive the just the barest touch activates it.  This is very annoying in applications which do not ignore right click (some games, etc.).

Is this normal behavior or an indication that it might be broken in some way (I think it has gotten worse over the months since I bought it)?

Should I buy a new one or will I just have the same problems?

Thanks,

Bob

Re: M570 right click too sensitive

This is puzzling.

You "right click" and it "right clicks". Isn't this what it is supposed to do?

Or are you saying that the micromechanical switch has changed how it behaves?

With my M570, I find it hard to understand how it can act up. If the thing has become more sensitive, start an official support query.

Remember, despite the name and location, this is a user-to-user forum, with only occasional input from Logitech's hired hands.

Use the "Contact Us" option in "Support". Depending on where you are, there may be an "email" option.

Still, you state that your M570 trackball is not overly sensitive so it seems that mine has a problem and I'll probably get a new one.
