Very annoying problem with the M570 and lastest SetPoint s/w. I've not been able to fix it with any settings?

Problem is the mouse wheel and what it does to the pointer in Windows Explorer (or any other file manager or place where you can select files). Let's say you open explorer and have a list of files on the right pane that more than fills one screen. In that situation the mouse wheel will operate differently it seems.

First to see this, select/hightlight any filename. Now roll up or down the mouse wheel, but you must be over a filename. The highlighted file will change to one under the mouse pointer. Not what is wanted at all. However, if you select/highlight a file and now move the mouse pointer of the slider bar on the right and roll the mouse wheel, the file selection doesn't change. Stays where it was. This allows me to now go to a file I want and with the CTRL key down select a group of files for operation.

Is this a 'bug' or am I missing a setting somewhere I can set?

If need be, I can post a 'video' capture of this if this isn't clear.

My M570 does not show the same behaviour.

So it is something on your system rather than a generic bug.

I am also experiencing the same symptoms as described above.  Click and drag highlights skip around, fail completely, highlight the wrong thing, etc.  My year-old unit is cleaned regularly, and this behavior has developed in the past couple of weeks.  I had an older set point version up, and upgraded to current in the hope of repair.  No joy.
