M705 does not pair!

Hi,
I bought a Logitech Marathon M705 Mouse in a bundle with a MK700 keyboard. The 2 of them worked fine for around 2 months when sudenly the mouse stoped working!!
I went to the Logitech Unifying Software and notice that the mouse does not appear on the list of paired devices (only appears the keyboard) so I tried airing the mpuse several times, following the instruciones (switch it off, then on) but I always got the message "Sorry, Pairing Failed."
I changed the unifyin received to a different slot, I have switched off my laptop several times, etc.
I am very dissapointed if the issue is that after a couple a months the mouse just got damage, and the bottom line is that I want to use the mouse since I though it was great.
Please help!!!!

When the mouse is initially powered on, do you briefly see the green LED light on the top of the mouse?

Based on your description, you seem to be experiencing a hardware issue. Please contact Logitech Customer Care for your region directly. The M705 has a 3-year limited hardware warranty.

I bought the logictech in the USA, but Ilive in the UK. Which region should I contact? US?
