I recently purchased a new USB headset (my old headset, not USB, was falling apart). It's an Otto OT-8. Anyway, I have had an MX1000 for a while now (since around when they first released - don't remember exactly when that was), and it has always functioned fine. However, since plugging in and using my new headset for the past few days, the mouse randomly becomes nearly unsable for a few seconds at a time every minute or two. It'll lag, jump, ignore clicks, click once/click and hold when I double click, all sorts of annoyances. Drivers are version 4.60.122, which I believe is the latest.
Specifically, it seems to happen while gaming and using Ventrilo. I'm not sure if Ventrilo is aggravating the problem, or if I just notice it more when gaming because I rely more heavily on my mouse's response. Anyway, it's annoying as all hell, and I'm stumped.
Any ideas?

Hi
,
Please check if this problem still occurs whent the headset is unplugged. Additionally, reconnecting the mouse might also help.
