Dear All,
I have an MX1100 since a long time, and it was working perfectly.
But my sweetheart broke the receiver.
I could not find any replacement one around me....so eBay....
I bought a new receiver with p/n: 810-000824 (the same like the old one).
But it does not work. It recognize in the Logitech program as an MX1100 mouse, but it does nothing...not moving,no reaction at all.![]()
What should i do?
Thanks for the help,
Zoltan from Hungary

Hello Boyracer,
Have you used the connection utility to connect the mouse to the new receiver ?

Hello magicj1,
I'm sorry but I do not see the a receiver for your MX 1100 in the parts store of the UK site. Please contact Logitech Customer Care directly to see if they can locate one for you.

Just in case anyone else from the UK is looking for one of these replacement receivers the answer is "NO!" - the UK spares site does NOT sell them and can't get them - the US Logitech spares sells them for $10.00 - but they'll only ship to the US!!
Really don't understand this - I mean, Logitech is an International company right?? - seems rather discrimatory to me - us UK users are left to scouring Ebay to try and buy the right, matching receiver from a reseller on there - all charging over $10.00 plus shipping to the UK!
I use a PC/Laptop alot in my IT work - if it wasn't for the fact that I love this mouse so much I'd ditch Logitech and go back to the M********* word's equipment.
So there you have it!
Cheers
