I wish to order a new receiver for my MX 620 laser mouse ( P/N 810-000992   PID LZ949AV )

But in the spare parts store it advertises different part numbers

Receiver, MX620 Cordless Laser Mouse
The part number on the bottom of the mouse is 810-000118 or 810-000536

Will this receiver work with my mouse ?

Hey man, I'm having the same problem and wondering if you've received that receiver, and if it worked for your mouse with the different part number. So did it work?

So you are sure that this receiver works with a 810-000992 mx620 mouse?

They say on the logitech website that these receivers are for the mx620 mouse with the part numbers 810-000118 or 810-000536. If it does perhaps logitech should change the text in the webshop with: "also works for the 810-000992 mouse".

The dutch logitech support says that the "810-000118 or 810-000536" receivers are not compatible with my mouse.

It's now very confusing to me........??¿¿

I double checked and receiver 810-000281 P/N 993-000060 will work with mouse 810-000992.  When ordering the part use P/N 993-000060 and you will get the correct receiver.

You are most welcome. You will need to use the Logitech Connection Utility program to connect your mouse to the new receiver.

You already have it included with your SetPoint.

I have the same problem: I have a Logitech MX620 P/N 810-000992 PID LZ831AA, I've lost the receiver and I want to order a new one on the Logitech web site (I am in the UK). I know  previously @Cintech said the receiver with P/N 993-000060 will work for my mause, but now on the website there is only the receiver with P/N 993-000061. Will that still work? Also, @WillemDutch, @Risonhighmer and @JamesB007, did it work for you?

Yes it works!!!

There are receivers for the 810-000992 mouse. You need the 810-000281 receiver.
