I just received my new G9x mouse and connected it to my macbook pro running OS-X Lion 10.7.3
It worked immediately on the basic functions; movement, button clicks and scroll wheel. It feels great. After some looking around I found out about LCC that would enable me to make use of the additional features and buttons, and installed version 3.5.1-23.
After an a-typical OS-X installation procedure (restart required) and an error message about some extension not being installed I was able to continue and run LCC.
But ... It does not find/recognize any Logitech device :-(
I do not have steermouse installed, just the standard OS-X mouse driver(s) and LCC.
Anyone have any suggestion where to go from here? Some setting I should do?

Hello Gervenr,
The G9X is not supported for LCC. Although the G9X will work with basic functions while being used on a Mac it is not supported with software. Please see the specifications tab of the following link.

Hmm well then basic functionality will have to do.
thanks for the confirmation of what I expected.
Hope Logitec will soon find commercial value in broadening support to the ever growing Mac user community...!?
regards,
R
