I have serius problem with my mouse movement. my vertical movement is absolutly ok, but the horizontal slows down the movement. the issue makes my whole movement a little bit freeky. i use setpoint settings, the problem exist even in a mousepand or in my desk wood surface. the uni reciever is near to my pc.. i hope we find a solution, please i bought this mouse a month ago. thank you

Hello dennmtr,

There are a couple of trouble shooting steps you can take.  Please remove the batteries from your mouse and while the batteries are remove, press and hold the left and right mouse button for 15 seconds.  Once this is complete, insert the batteries back in to the mouse and try it again.  If your problem persists, test the mouse on another computer if there is one available.  If you are still having problems with your mouse after trying these steps, you most likely have a hardware problem and I would recommend contacting Customer Care in your region for further assistance and a possible warranty replacement.

you should clean the dust inside the performance laser glass with a paper~ very careful
