I have made a fresh installation of Mac OS 10.6.8 and for some reason the marble mouse is slower than my old Mac installation, which also has 10.6.8. I don’t know what went wrong!

Two identical operating system both have the latest version of the Control Center 3.5.1 installed. The tracking speed on both is 1x, but my older system is faster at motion.

I feel on this new clean installation, my fingers have to push a lot harder to move the ball because it’s much slower. What is going on?

Hello positivethinker,

Try to reinstall the LCC software again. If the problem persists, try to clean the trackball of the mouse. Clean the contacts between the trackball and the mouse.
