Is it normal for mouse feets to wear out in a few weeks? my recently bought logitech g500 has this problem. the top mouse skates are wearing out. It feels like moving over sandpaper when i use the mouse. Is this a common thing or am i the odd one out?

I see that the mouse feet of your Logitech Gaming Mouse G500, are wearing out after a few weeks of use. The feet of your G500 are supposed to last 250 kilometers of displacement before start wearing out, under regular circumstances. This is just an average, it could last a little more or less.

You can buy new mouse feet for your G500 on the Logitech Parts Store. If you fell that your mouse hasn't move 250 kilometers in the past weeks, please contact our Phone Support team. They are the only ones who can determine if this is a hardware malfunction and they can also check if this issue could be covered by the warranty.
