I can't seem to get an email reply. I've replied twice already to the initial one and have heard nothing.
Today my wife said the left-click button did the "rapid fire" thing. I have not seen it myself yet, but it sounds like the same type of glitch the + volume button has. She had to turn the mouse off and on and it stopped.

Hello there,
I've had this same exact problem on about 10 different MediaPlay mice over the years. I use them until this problem starts and then buy and use a new one...usually takes between 1-2 years. Still, it's the best mouse ever made in my opinion, so I just keep doing that and don't think twice. But now I can't find new ones to buy (it seems the best mouse ever made has been discontinued and nothing even close to as good is being made by Logitech or anybody), and so I'm a bit stuck.
Is it still possible for me to turn in my mice with this problem and get a replacement? Is there some secret stash of MediaPlay mice that I can purchase from? If so, I'll take 20 of them to last me well into the future.
Thanks in advance,
Aaron
