Not getting response from Tech Support

My mouse has failed after 6 months and i have replace battery and install a software.  It was show me that the unifying adapter was not  detected at all.  It's been very disappointing with the quality of the built.

 

I emailed support and did not get any response phone/email after 4 days.  And i try calling tech support, but i was unable to produce the receipt , he say he cannot help for any replacement without receipt.  I believe logitech should have a system to check the batch of mouse manufacture date.

 

Really disappointed that i need to get another mice, probably Microsoft one.
