One Touch Search

Will they every bring back one touch google search (cut and paste) back into windows 8 drivers?  I would like to upgrade from 6.32 but since these **bleep**holes actually think power users are using metro to search I can not :-(   You would think such a good feature would remain but then I have seen worst coorporate blunders ........... like metro LoL.

Re: One Touch Search

Hello Shaybe2,

I will be happy to forward your feedback to the appropriate department, so they can take a look into this. Please keep in mind that some of this upgrades and new settings, are because of the way Windows 8 work.

Thanks for sharing this information with us Shaybe2, I hope that you continue to enjoy your Logitech devices.

I just informed you I am using 6.32 since the one touch search works flawlessly in windows 8.  So please keep in mind that this makes no sense.

Bump

The first response on this problem was not even close to making sense or even accurate.  I again ask will this option be brought back.  I use start menu classic and have no need for metro search and/or windows fullscreen 1.1

Regards

Re: One Touch Search

I just upgraded to setpoint 6.65.62 (Windows 8 x64) and when I use the one-touch search, instead of searching for the selected term at google, I get an orange metro-like bar appearing at the side of my screen with nothing typed in it.

How do I get back the Google search? I looked all over the settings - nothing.

I used this dozens of times a day. I don't use metro.

If that's what this thread is about then YES, please can I have this back. This is costing me an hour a day!
